RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to responsible and sustainable production. All of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Because of this, the majority of our items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages, Defects, or Errors

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To request support, email us at formulaartstudios@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies due to a defect or error on our part, we will replace it. Otherwise, a new order must be placed.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, please note that made-to-order and custom products are typically exempt from standard return rights. Defective or damaged items will still be handled in accordance with the policy above.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for confirmed defective or damaged items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
